One of my favorite breakfasts:

100% peanut butter + a little bit of honey or agave syrup, fruits & seeds on a sourdough toast 😋 Peanut butter 🥜 is – Rich in proteins, healthy fats, essential nutrients such as vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants- A great energy boost- A way to keep you full and satisfied ⚠️ Stay mindful of potential risks! 🚨 – Some commercial brands may contain added sugars, hydrogenated oils, or preservatives, which can reduce its nutritional value and contribute to health problems if consumed in excess.- Peanuts are susceptible to aflatoxin contamination, a type of toxin produced by mold. While regulations exist to minimize aflatoxin levels in peanut products, it’s still a concern, especially in certain regions or with poorly stored peanuts.- It’s relatively high in omega-6 fatty acids, which in excess may contribute to inflammation if not balanced with omega-3 fatty acids from sources like fish or flaxseed.—> Like everything else: enjoy it in moderation 💖
