Buckwheat linguini with avocado pesto sauce! Super tasty vegan and gluten free dinner! It contains lots of fibers, goods fats, vitamins and minerals! Creamy avocado pesto recipe:
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 cup fresh basil leaves
– 1/4 cup pine nuts
– 5 tbsp lemon juice (or add to taste)
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 garlic clove
– black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients in the food processor
Add the buckwheat linguini to a bowl and toss with avocado pesto
