Nour El Assi (she/her) holds a Master’s degree from the University of Reading, UK. In her practice, Nour prioritizes collaborative and adaptable approaches to allow for a safe space for growth and empowerment.
Nour has worked with diverse population in in-patient and out-patient hospital settings, clinic and informal settlements. she also has experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation.
She draws on a range of interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT skills, and uses psychodynamic theories and mindfulness-based approaches.
