Dr. Khaled began his medical training in orthopedic surgery at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and continued his specialization at Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 in France, with clinical training in the Lyon university hospitals.
He holds several French university diplomas in orthopedic subspecialties, including a diploma in Hand Surgery from Sorbonne University, a diploma in Shoulder Surgery from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, and a diploma in Knee Surgery from Aix-Marseille University. He also earned a university diploma in Microsurgery from Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ). Dr. Ghannam is a member of the Société Française de Chirurgie Orthopédique et Traumatologique (SOFCOT).
Following his graduation, Dr. Ghannam pursued advanced fellowship training at the Santy Orthopedic Center in Lyon — a FIFA-accredited Medical Center of Excellence — where he completed a fellowship in Shoulder Surgery, followed by additional fellowship training in Hip and Knee Surgery.
