Most of us have experienced the feeling of being bloated, when your tummy is stretched, puffy and uncomfortable.
The tips below will help you but keep in mind that each person is different so you have to listen to your body.
Try keeping a food and symptom diary for a few weeks to see if there are triggers. Take note of not only what you eat and drink but also when you consume it, to see if you can detect any link.
Look at other factors too, such as lack of sleep, not enough exercise, not enough water and stress since they all worsen your symptoms.
