Dr Marie Samarani Akl is a pediatrician specialized in child and adolescent health care from the Holy Spirit University Kaslik.
She completed her 4 years residency training in pediatrics and neonatology at Notre Dame de Secours university hospital and then returned to become chief of clinic in pediatrics responsible for resident teaching, research and patients care focuses on the health of infants, children, adolescents and young adults.
Her mission is dedicated to promote healthy lifestyles for a long disease-free life and to prevent, detect and manage physical, behavioral and developmental issues that affect children.
As a Pediatrician, her aim is to provide family support by engaging in a relationship with parents based on collaboration and shared decision-making so that parents feel and become more competent.
